“If I would move to Italy or Germany I would be happier than in England – my life would be nicer.And also for my career it would be better to play in Serie A or the Bundesliga.In Belgium I was living in an area where there were so many people from Serbia and my life was different, more dynamic.Liverpool is such a different place. Sezon başında Liverpool'a gelen Jovanovic bugüne kadar olan zamanı değerlendirmiş ve Liverpool'a geldiği için pişman olduğunu söylemiş.Bu pişmanlıktaki nedenlerin yalnızlık ve kendisini trasnfer eden Benitez'in gönderilmesi olduğunu düşünüyor.Bence bu iki neden gayet makul ama bana göre hatayı en başta yaptı.Ben Jovanovic'in İngiltere futboluna uygun olduğunu düşünmüyorum.Eğer Benitez kalsaydı bile iyi bir performans gösteremezdi.Tabi Jovanovic doğru düzgün oynamadığı için sadece tahmin yürütüyorum.O yüzden tüm dediklerinde haklı olabilir ama en başta İngiltere'ye gelmekle olumsuzluklar zincirini başlatmış oldu.Öyle gözüküyor ki sezon sonunda Liverpool'dan ayrıalcaktır.Kendisi de söylüyor zaten O'nun için en uygun ligler Serie A ve Bundesliga.Oradaki kulüplerden birine giderse hayat O'nun için daha güzel olur, anlamlı olur.
